This one hits different & I’ll tell you why. It’s been the home place to my lovely vendors for 40 wonderful years and to me it’s so very apparent that this is a home that has been adored, enjoyed, maintained, improved and adapted with all its family’s needs   

For these folks that most certainly is the case & isn’t that just thee most amazing legacy. A forever home is truly the comfort and contentment of a familiar place when life inevitably brings its changes good and bad and #28 has proven to be an incredibly faithful & versatile home to these my lovely vendors

The truth is that the time has now come for these folks to downsize and it is their dearest wish that a new family will experience everything this amazing property has to offer, and enjoy what has honestly been the most wonderful big family home for them

The best place to start ? Right back at the very beginning (circa 1910) No’s. 28 & 30 were the first 2 properties to be built along Union Street and when you consider that is now some 115 years ago I can absolutely assure you they really don’t build ‘em like they used to!
